All Ambre Botanicals formulations are composed of 100% plant-derived ingredients in their raw and unrefined state. We use only premium-grade cold-pressed and macerated nut, seed and fruit oils, botanical extracts, unrefined butters, mineral-rich clays and pure essential oils.
Ingredient authenticity is fundamental to our philosophy. When mango is listed, the formulation contains genuine mango butter in its functional concentration — never synthetic fragrance or diluted derivatives.
Our products are entirely water-free. By excluding water and hydrosols, we eliminate the need for emulsifiers, stabilisers, synthetic preservatives and other chemical additives typically required in conventional skincare.
This approach allows us to create highly concentrated formulations — up to five times more potent than many mass-produced “organic” creams, which may contain as much as 80% water.
Ambre Botanicals employs a specialised low-temperature cold process, ensuring ingredients are never heated above 30°C. This preserves the biological activity of essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidant compounds naturally present in plants.

The soap base is formulated using rich shea and cocoa butters for nourishment, sunflower and safflower oils for conditioning, castor oil for a creamy lather, and virgin coconut and palm kernel oils for effective yet gentle cleansing and durability.
Natural glycerine produced during saponification is retained within the soap, providing inherent moisturising properties. Each bar is cured for a minimum of five weeks to ensure optimal hardness, longevity and skin feel.
Unlike detergent-based soaps, our cold-process soaps cleanse without disrupting the skin’s natural lipid barrier. They are free from artificial colours, synthetic fragrances and chemical preservatives, and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Each formulation is enriched with clays, exfoliating salts, botanicals, seeds, fruits and refined essential oil blends. Many ingredients are inspired by landscapes and cultures we have travelled and cherished, including Spain, Norway and Kamchatka.
